Memorias compartidas V. De la serie JUNTARSE 132/30.000

La presente obra está realizada con estampas de xilografías creadas para utilizar en obras de diferente carácter. Estos grabados pueden diferenciarse en dos grupos, uno que contienen doscientos nombres de caciques y capitanejos que actuaron en nuestro territorio y otro donde se determinan conjuntos de figuras humanas en actitud de danzar. Tanto unos como otros han sido incluidos en objetos, en textiles, utilizados en acciones, etc. En este caso un conjunto de cartones cosidos entre si sirven de soporte. Con la serie JUNTARSE 30.000 se intenta rescatar historias sucedidas en los encuentros entre blancos e indígenas, buscando caminos de comprensión mutua y de cuestionamiento de nuestros olvidos para construir memoria. This work is made with prints of woodcuts created to use in works of different character. These prints can be distinguished in two groups, one containing two hundred names of chieftains and captains who performed in our territory and the other where sets of human figures are determined in dancing attitude.
